The date and time you signed up
General location information (your country), derived from your connection

We do not collect names, payment details, or sensitive personal information through this pre-launch page.

2. How we use it

We use your information to:

Notify you about our upcoming product drop and launch
Send you marketing and promotional emails you've asked to receive
Understand general interest in our brand and where it's coming from

9. International orders & data transfers

Bound By Us is based in Canada and ships to the United States and other countries. If you order from or provide information to us from outside Canada, your personal information may be processed and stored in Canada or in other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. By using this site and providing your information, you consent to this transfer and processing.
